This pretty little 1960s handbag or purse has little light-catching clear plastic beads fused onto woven mesh fabric with a colorful print of pink, green, blue and red flowers. The purse is similar to Lumered or Cordé brand bags from the same era. The hinged frame and handle are white plastic with a brass flip-ring clasp.
The bag is 11 inches long including the handle by about 9 inches wide at the bottom. The interior lining is off-white woven linen or stiff cotton. There is one side patch pocket edged in metallic gold lamé ribbon. The cloth tag reads Made in Hong Kong. The purse is very clean other than a bit of old yellow price tag glue on the inside of the handle and two pinpoint yellow spots to the lining just below the handle (last picture).
