An attractive set of vintage Mid Century cufflinks and matching tie clip in shiny silvertone metal with raised broken horizontal lines on black. The non-uniform lines resemble stitching. The oval cuff links are 5/8 by 3/4 inch. The toggle posts are marked with a patent number that dates to 1949 (I think it's for the toggle itself, not the design). The tie clip is a little over 1/4" wide by 1-1/4 inches long - made for the skinny ties of the 1950s and 1960s. It has a pinpoint scratch to the black paint, the cufflinks have no wear.
