Two pieces of vintage English mottoware pottery with the Scandy floral decoration, adapted from Scandinavian rosemailing. The 3-1/2 inch triple handled vase says "Do not burden today's strength with tomorrow's loads". Minor rim roughness to the outside edge, just to the painted design. Incised mark on the bottom is 44 INI.

The creamer is a little over 2-1/2 inches high with the incised motto reading "Fresh from the dairy". It has a repaired handle and a small chip below the rim near the handle. Incised numerical mark on the bottom is IN 71/2.
