The phone is super clean with no chips, scratches, or scuffs and works perfectly with excellent sound quality.

I actually bought the phone for my father, who had Alzheimer's dementia. He had reached a point where he didn't recognize his cell phone, nor could he use a modern cordless phone. But he did remember how to use this basic touch tone phone with the more familiar (to him) handset and without all the special buttons, keys, and options of newer models. The phone is in great working and cosmetic condition.
