This was a fun find for me - I actually got this same 1960s electric "Kotton Kandy" machine by Tri-Play Toys as a kid for Christmas. My sister and I had lots of fun making and eating our own cotton candy.
The machine comes in its original box and appears to have been used only once - the 12 inch spinning plastic bowl is clean but has some yellow sugar crystals around the pierced enamel heating diffuser. When plugged in, it takes a minute or two for the unit to heat up and start spinning (I didn't actually try to make the candy). Included are the instruction brochure, plastic scraper, one complete plastic fork, one broken fork, and a box of colored sugar crystals. The yellow has been opened and mostly used but the blue sugar pack is still sealed. This item is being sold as a collectible toy - as I recall the motor got extremely hot.
