This fine porcelain center handled serving tray or plate is in the popular Old Country Roses pattern by Royal Albert of England. It's 10-1/2 inches diameter and is in excellent condition with no damage, scratches, or wear to the gold trim. The mark on the underside was in use from 1980 to 1993.
