This is the number 00 Universal hand crank food grinder / meat chopper from Landers, Frary and Clark, made of cast iron and patented in 1897. It's the smallest size they made, measuring about 9 inches long overall with the handle in the down position. I don't think the blue paint is original. The bread crumb attachment and the auger are present but I can't tell if any blades are inserted (the nut is very tight and I don't want to further damage the paint by trying to loosen it). I'm also not sure what the other attachment does. Despite the dark coloring in my pictures, the chopper isn't rusty but the little separate piece is. I doubt this particular chopper is one you would choose for food preparation, but it displays nicely.
