I think these silvered glass stars and stripes Christmas ornaments were made in Poland around 2001 or 2002, when there was a boom in patriotic red, white, and blue home decor (including Christmas items) after 9/11. The metal caps are the same as those found on other Polish glass ornaments from the same time period.

The big round ornament is 3 inches diameter with silver glitter stars on the blue top third, and alternating red and white vertical beach ball stripes below. The smaller 2-3/4" high ornament is star shaped with similar American flag style painted decoration with red and blue glitter. Both ornaments are in excellent vintage condition with no damage and little if any wear to the decoration.
