A boxed set of five cute 1950s elfin Santa Claus Christmas ornaments from Japan. Two silver glass ornaments form each Santa's body and head - the bodies are molded and painted to show the trimmed red coats. They have plastic wiggle googly eyes, real cotton beards, and flocked red paper caps with chenille trim. They can stand on their white mica-encrusted cardboard bases or hang on the tree from their gold cords.

The glass is intact with no damage, though the inner mercury silvering of the bodies has age deterioration. One Santa is missing an eye (I have taped two replacement eyes inside the box). The paper caps have some creases and small tears as shown. The box is in only fair condition.
