This plastic dresser or vanity trinket box dates to the late 1940s or early 1950s. The bottom is semi-opaque pale pink with a swirled marble effect. The lid is clear with a diamond point center pattern, decorated with roses made from pink sequins, gold glass seed beads, and faux pearls. It measures 5-1/2 by 3-1/2 by about 1-1/2 inches high. Marked in-mold on the underside "Fosta Made in U.S.A. Des. Pat. Pend.". Small, pale spots of old glue are visible upon close inspection at the upper right and lower left corners of the lid center panel. No chips or breaks.
