Two different versions of silvered glass Santa Claus Christmas ornaments, both made in West Germany in the mid to late 1980s. The Santa on the left is tall and skinny, just under 6 inches high. A big sack of toys is slung over one shoulder and he wears a long Belsnickel type coat.
The other Santa is legless, 3-3/4 inches high and wears the more modern style shorter coat. He carries a small pine tree and the fur trim of his coat and hat is decorated with white mica glitter. Both ornaments are in excellent vintage condition and are marked West Germany on the metal caps.
