Two small Early American pattern glass ruby stain souvenir mugs or cups in the Button Arches pattern by Duncan Miller. They aren't dated but were produced during the first decade or so of the last century. The mugs are just under 3 inches high by 2-1/2" diameter. One is engraved "On to Luella", the other "On to Vise". The only town of Vise I could find is Visé in Belgium, but there are towns named Luella in both Texas and Georgia.
Both mugs are in excellent condition with no chips, flakes, or damage. The ruby coloring has a few tiny scratches and pindots of color wear mostly near the rims, all very minimal. The gold hash mark underlining is part of the engraving, not scratching. Price is for the pair.
