This distinctive solid copper with brass trim 4 piece tea set is from 1930 or earlier. It includes a tray, 3-legged teapot, creamer, and sugar. The legs are squared and tapered, the bodies are round with embossed rings around the centers. The tea pot has a gooseneck spout and decorative rattan wrappings over the bail handle.

The tray measures 7-3/8" by 20-1/2 inches long across the handles (18" without the handles). It's decorated with closely spaced incised lines. The brass cream and sugar handles are angular, the teapot lid has an open half-circle finial. The tea pot is 8-1/2 inches wide from handle to spout by 6-3/8" high to the top of the lid finial (8-1/4" high to the top of the handle when raised). The creamer and sugar are 3-1/2 and 3-1/4 inches high. None of the pieces have any maker or origin marks.

The tea pot lid has two small, shallow depressions or bumps near the center - these little marks often occur while cleaning. There are a few minor spots of tarnish, mostly to the tray. The tea pot interior has typical water marks, less than I'd expect for its age. There is some wear to the tin lining of the creamer (the sugar is not and never was lined). The style is somewhere between Arts and Crafts and Art Deco.
