This shiny reticulated chrome casserole holder was made by Manning Bowman in the 1920s to 1930s. Resting on four decorative scroll feet, it's a little over 4 inches high by 7-3/4" diameter, not including the side handles. The interior is marked M B & Co. 8962.
The first photo shows a modern medium size Pyrex glass mixing bowl in the cradle. The chrome finish is in excellent condition with no pitting or corrosion. There are a few random, hair-fine marks from normal storage but nothing that even comes close to a scratch.
