This figural glass Christmas ornament is called Dog in a Conical Hat according to my reference books. It's German but has a replacement metal cap which covers a chip at the pike. The pink dog is 4-1/4" high to the top of the cap. He appears to be sitting on a ball and has one paw on his tummy, the other raised to his ear. His hat is coated in white mica glitter. The paws and facial features are hand painted in pink, white, and black. Other than the covered pike chip, the ornament is in very good vintage condition.
