An early American pattern glass toothpick holder in the Banded Portland, aka Virginia pattern, 2-1/2 inches high. Made by US Glass from 1901 to 1904, it has gold trim decoration which is worn at the scalloped rim but still good on the vertical ribs. In excellent condition with no damage.
