For years I looked for a beater-mixer top for this 1930s uranium green glass jar. I finally came across the same jar with its original top - but the top wasn't a hand beater, it was a plunger style chopper lid.

The jar is just over 4-1/2 inches high by 3-5/8" diameter. It has molded vertical bars on the exterior for easy gripping. The bottom has a raised molded mark reading "Lorraine Metal Mfg Co Inc New York City NY". It's in spotlessly clean, excellent condition with no damage, scratches, or cloudiness. The two dark marks on the rim are reflections, not nicks or chips.
