This circa 1934 American made Christmas ornament has an egg shape cardboard candy container center covered in red metallic foil. It's framed in figure-8 loops of wired gold tinsel and has a lacquered berry at one end (I think I've got it upside down in the pictures). The ornament is more than 5 inches long overall by about 3 inches wide. Aside from some minor age wear to the tinsel, the ornament is in excellent condition for its age. The red foil is torn on one side as shown.
Included with the ornament are two other vintage Christmas items. One is a putz village church building made in Japan, 4-1/4 by 3 inches. The other item is an oval chalkware cake top ornament depicting Santa having fallen through ice next to a Danger sign. It's marked Made in England and has no damage.
