This vintage Revere Ware copper clad stainless steel covered pot was called a covered sauce pot in their 1950s literature, though it's often referred to as a stockpot or Dutch oven. It holds six quarts and measures 10-1/4 inches diameter by 4-3/4" deep. The pot sits flat and is clean and polished. There are some fine, light marks in the bottom interior from stirring and cleaning, and a very shallow, short crease ding the bottom edge (about 2 o'clock position in the third picture). Made in USA in Revere's Clinton Illinois plant and dated 1978.
