The glass grapes in this pair of decorative glass grape clusters are actually vintage miniature or feather tree size silvered green glass Christmas ornaments. They're attached to a soft rubber-like stem and leaf base, like those soft plastic grapes you used to see in Mid Century decorative balance scales, wall pockets, or centerpiece bowls. The clusters are about 4-1/2 inches long. Hanging loops molded into the rubber stems at the tops will allow you to use them as tree ornaments if you wish.

The glass ornaments have some finish wear and inner mercury silvering loss as shown but none are broken. Each has two or three open stems where you can add more ornaments if you'd like them to be more full.
