Decorative brass items from India were so collectible in the 1960s and 1970s - everyone I knew had some pieces in their home or apartment. This is a small lot of solid brass candlesticks and a vase from that era, all made in India.
The slender vase is 10 inches high. Two of the taper candlesticks are a matched pair - the square based 3" high set shown in the third photo. The remaining four candle holders vary in height from 3 to 7-1/4 inches high with different base shapes. All but one have shaped knobby columns. The tallest candlestick has shallow ding on the bottom edge (see the next to last picture, bottom far left side where it's just very slightly out of round). The other pieces are in excellent vintage condition, though you may wish to polish the vase - it's the only item with uneven minor patina.
