This porcelain music box figurine depicts the Virgin Mary holding Baby Jesus. When you wind the bottom, the figurine rotates and plays a tune - I'm sorry but I don't know the name of the song. It's a little over 7 inches high and in very good condition with no damage other than a couple of faint rub marks to the pillow on which Mary kneels. The underside is marked Chadwick Miller 1971 Japan, the plastic base is marked Sankyo Japan, which probably refers to the maker of the musical movement. The figurine can be displayed all year of course, not just at Christmas.
