This gorgeous flower form hand wrought copper centerpiece bowl was made by Craftsman Studios of Laguna Beach and Los Angeles California. It's about 4-3/4 inches tall, gently hammered with a graceful fanned-out rim 10 inches diameter, tapering near the bottom and flaring again at the planished 4 inch diameter base. The wide rim is creased into five lobes or petals with an inward center crimp at the top of each petal. The underside is marked with the hammer and anvil logo Craftsman Studios Hand Made, 880.
The bowl has a beautiful warm patina. It was apparently used as a flower vase at one point, as there is some verdigris in the bottom. I can't tell if the veining near the center is a water mark or natural to the copper as it's been incorporated into the patina. There are no scratches, dents, or dings.
