This late Victorian to early 1900s blown glass Christmas ornament from Germany is a narrow ribbed cone with long pike forming a closed parasol shape. It's very large at 11-1/2 inches long, not including the looped bullion wire hanger. The silvered ornament has a pink gel paint finish, which does have some expected flaking and wear near the tip. The recessed spear shoulder is wrapped in gold feather tinsel, and the pike end is wrapped in some type of metallic paper and crinkled wire.
