This elaborately decorated 3-piece lazy susan covered serving dish is made of enamel lacquered hard plastic. The red, gold, and black bowl is mounted on a rotating base. Inside is a removable clear 5-section dish with embossed dragons and birds. The lid has a gold double fish finial and a colorful Asian scene of flowers and fans.

The outer bowl is just under 12 inches diameter by about 3-1/2" high to the rim. There are a few minor storage marks around the rim, no chips or cracks. The base is marked only with a flower in house logo, but I'm confident it was made in Japan.
