Four good quality Mid Century wood handled kitchen knives from Chicago Cutlery, made in the 1960s - 1970s. The largest slicing knife is number 66S, 13-3/8" long with an 8 inch blade. Next is the 61S utility or boning knife, 10-5/8 inches overall, 5-3/4" blade. The 62S is a shorter utility knife at 9-3/8", 4-5/8" blade. The last knife is also numbered 62S with a narrower blade, 8-3/4" overall, 4-3/8" blade.
Chicago Cutlery knives are now made in China and are nowhere near the quality of the older Mid Century ones like these. The handles have some wear from many years of use but the blades were well cared for and in great condition with no nicks or damage. Found with the knives and included is a 9-1/2 inch meat fork with a very similar handle to the knives, but it's marked only Stainless Steel on the heel.
