This Mid Century Bristol glass table lamp has an expertly hand painted scene of a colonial or provincial couple at the front, a spray of delicate pastel flowers at the back. The neck has hand painted decoration as well. The base and upper cap are ornately reticulated brass. The lamp is just over 32 inches high to the top of the finial (21 inches to the top of the socket) by 6" diameter at the base.
I forgot to take a picture of the lamp when lighted, but it works just fine. There are two switches for convenience - the typical socket switch, and another rocker type on/off switch on the 5-plus foot cord. The plug is the old fashioned, non-polarized type. The cord has no splits or cuts. The glass body is in excellent condition with no damage, scratches, or design wear.
The off-white linen petal shade is included, measuring 13-1/2 inches high by 14" diameter. It's relatively clean and free of tears or snags. If you don't need or want the shade, shipping will be less as I'll be able to use a smaller box (shipping is now based on size as well as weight).
