This little gadget is a replacement weight regulator or "jiggler" rocker for vintage pressure cooker canners made by the National Pressure Cooker Company of Wisconsin. It's for the older, big aluminum cookers with wooden handles and big brown metal gauge on the lid. It slips onto the vent pipe at the back of the lid and has a black Bakelite adjustment button on top. In good, clean, working condition.
