Corning introduced the pretty Shadow Iris pattern in 1986. It was available in their Corelle dinnerware and kitchen accessories line as well as their Corning cookware and baking/serving pieces. At 5 quarts or liters, this is the largest size casserole dish Corning made, sometimes called a Dutch oven. It's 10 inches diameter (12 inches across the handles) by 4" deep to the rim. Both the casserole and the clear Pyrex domed lid are in spotlessly clean, excellent condition with no damage or stains.
Included as a bonus is a matching 24 ounce (3 cups) Shadow Iris open square baking dish, 5" diameter by 2-1/4" high. It has a flaked chip underneath one of the tab handles, no other damage and no stains.
