This lovely Heisey crystal footed centerpiece or floral bowl is the Waverly blank 1519, produced from 1940 to 1957. The glass has an attractive subtle swirl and the bowl rests on three figural glass seahorse feet. It measures 11 inches diameter by 4-1/4 inches high. When held to the light, you can see several shallow, short marks or scratches from whatever was displayed in the bowl. There are no chips, flakes, or cloudiness.
